repeated epiphany..

after projecting the negatives i began really considering where i could go with this idea and how could it link to the principles of my project as a whole..

i began to consider if i could building something that would make a viewer walk along the length of the negatives with the slide projector, the projected image would move along the row of negatives and the viewer would be in a way retracing the footprints i left and viewing the images i did within their own space and time.

this idea seemed great however i immediately began to see complications and issues that could arise..

-the negatives and perspex would have to stay still.

-the projector must move smoothly and easily, and also be kept straight..

-the whole set-up must be at heights that are comfortable to both move the projector and be possible to view the projections.

-i am dealing with a limited amount of space, we have approximately 2m of wall space within our exhibition!

-it has to be dark

-ITS NOT GOING TO BE EASY!

however after discussing the idea with my peers and tutor I began to feel that it had real potential.. despite the odds.
